Terms and conditions

By submitting this form, I hereby engage Numbercrunch accounting Ltd and their related entities and sub contractors as my authorised tax agent for the current financial year and grant them full authority to act on my behalf in all tax-related matters with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) until I provide written notice to revoke this authority.

I acknowledge that:

1. Numbercrunch accounting Ltd will prepare, lodge, and manage my taxation affairs in accordance with Australian tax laws and the Tax Agent Services Act 2009.

2. I am responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to Numbercrunch accounting Ltd, and I will supply all necessary documentation and disclosures as required.

3. Numbercrunch accounting Ltd is not liable for any penalties, interest, or other consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by me.

4. I authorise Numbercrunch accounting Ltd to liaise with the ATO, access my tax records, receive correspondence, and respond to ATO inquiries on my behalf.

5. This engagement remains in effect until I provide written revocation or Numbercrunch accounting Ltd ceases to act as my tax agent.
   
   By proceeding, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
